1. Eligibility

• Ready-to-deliver items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Pre-ordered or customized products are not eligible for refunds.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We may request a photo of the damage or defect for verification.
• Once verified, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A refund/exchange processing fee will be deducted for eligible returns.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Keep it ready for the driver to pick the package up
