At Suburban, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility
- Ready-to-deliver items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Pre-ordered or customized products are not eligible for refunds.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- We may request a photo of the damage or defect for verification.
- Once verified, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A refund/exchange processing fee will be deducted for eligible returns.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
- A processing fee will apply for exchanges.
5. Return Process
- Contact us through whats app with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Keep it ready for the driver to pick the package up
